NeoReader recently changed the redirect URL they use as an intermediate step between the QR code and the destination site from router.neom.com to router.qodescan.com. They have updated their iOS and Android apps, but not their FireOS app, meaning downloads fail with a "Site can't be reached" or "Webpage not available" error. The only option at present is to install a different QR code reader from the Amazon App Store.
QR Scanner from Vietsoft Team works well with minimal fuss; other QR code readers should work well too, though none that I've tried so far recognise the QR code as quickly as NeoReader.
